Simultaneous Equations
Two or more equations that share variables.

Example: two equations that share the variables x and y:
x + y = 6
−3x + y = 2

Those two equations are shown in this graph:

When we have at least as many equations as variables we may be able to solve them.

The solution for this example is where the lines cross at (1,5)
